Landsite Mission Statement

Landsite.com was created by Gregory Taylor after working in the building industry for many years. Gregory saw a need to bring all the elements of the building industry together on one website, to help people who are planning to develop, build or remodel a property. And for people who are looking to find professionals to help complete their building projects.

Landsite.com is a building industry website where visitors can find all the elements of the building industry to assist them in the development of residential, commercial, and industrial projects both new construction and remodeling of existing projects. Professionals and owner-builders can locate land and government information for their current or future development projects or a new location for their home.

Landsite.com is a website where every person who has an interest in the development of their community, either by direct involvement through the development of their property or though having an interest in how their community is being developed, will have access to their local county building industry elements.

• A classified advertising listing service in each county of Professionals who provide their services in all phases of real estate development, from new building projects to remodeling of existing buildings. You will find professionals who work in the development of residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
• A classified advertising listing service of Local Building Materials Suppliers in each county that provides the many different construction materials needed in constructing a building.
• A Free Land Advertisement Service that provides sellers and real estate agents a website to list their land parcels for sale in the county or city where their land is located. There are five major zoning categories: agricultural, residential, multiple residential, commercial and industrial to list their land. The seller can provide in-depth information about their land parcel(s), show pictures and how to contact them about purchasing the property.
• A Building Product Directory that has links to businesses that manufacture or provides building products used in all phases of construction and the surrounding building site environment.
• Provides links to local Government Development and Zoning Codes information to help guide visitors when developing their land site in the county or city where your property is located.
• A Glossary of Words and Terms used in the building industry. Visitors will find words and terms used in the professional services, construction trades, real estate and local government agencies.



• The Industry Resources page is an informational page about the building industry. We will have information about building design, construction methods, green building, and current building trends. You will find information about the different professions, found on Landsite.com, with links to their national industry trade organizations, advanced education for professionals and industry articles from publications. Plus, there will be information about federal government agencies that are involved in the building industry, home improvement grants and loans, as well as construction contracts.
  
  
• Landsite’s Community Resources page will have a directory of local county businesses that provide products and services used in the course of doing business in the building industry. These businesses provide services to professionals and land owners who are in the process of developing their land. There will be information about local government and state agencies that are involved in land use policy, construction regulations, rehabilitation grants and loans, and construction contracts. There will be links to local transportation, news sources, utility suppliers, land use organizations, community websites and trade associations. It also will provide information on local building trade education and job training opportunities. As the Community Resources page develops additional content will be added related to the industry.

Landsite.com is currently being developed to provide its services to all California counties, with the goal of expanding its services to every state in the country.
