LANDSITE’S MISSION STATEMENT

Landsite.com is being created by Gregory Taylor after working in the building industry for many years. He saw a need to bring all the elements of the building industry together on one website, to help people who are planning to develop, build or remodel a property and who are looking for professional help to complete their building projects.

Landsite.com’s mission is to create a local and national building industry website that will be the hub of the industry. Landsite.com will be the premier community hub for the building industry providing access and information to all the industry elements for local cities and counties. It is also a portal where visitors can find all the elements to assist them in the development of residential, commercial, and industrial projects both new construction and remodeling of existing building. In addition, it will provide visitors access and information on land, city and county agencies including their development codes, development professionals, contractors, local material suppliers, and other industry related businesses.

A website where every person who has an interest in the development of their community, either by direct involvement through the development of their property or though having an interest in how their community is being developed, will have access to their local county building industry elements.

Landsite.com is also a state and national portal for the building industry with information and links to federal government agencies, building methods, green housing, building products, renewable power and building industry trends. Landsite.com is designed to expand the website for the building industry and add updated information.

Community Resources is where you will find information on multiple county communities that have a Building Industry Directory of local businesses, who provide products and services to professionals and owner-builders. There will be information and links to local government and state agencies involved in land use policy, construction regulations, construction contracts, and rehabilitation grants and loans. Plus, information and links to community websites, utility suppliers, land use organizations, trade associations, industry education and job training opportunities. There is also a Message Board, a classified ad service for our subscribers, a Discussion Forum on many industry subjects and a place for visitors to describe your community. The Community Resources is developed to have update information, with additional industry content continually being added to the website.

Industry Resources is the informational section and portal to building industry trends, innovative technology, green housing, renewable power systems, national land use policies, and building methods. With information and links to federal government agencies involved in the building industry from regulations to construction contracts. You will find information about each profession, including occupational descriptions, links and information on trade organizations, advanced education, job training and industry articles. The Industry Resources section will always be changing and adding new industry content.

Advertisement Services: Landsite provides advertisement listing services for professionals, contractors, material supplies and businesses that provide products and services to businesses and owner-builders in the building industry.

Landsite offers several advertising packages starting with listing one profession in one county for $120 with one yearly payment or pay $144 a year with monthly payments of $12. Landsite’s best package is listing three professions in three counties for $220 per year with one yearly payment or pay $264 a year with monthly payments of $22. Selecting this package your business will be listed in nine places on Landsite.com for less than $20 per month when you make a yearly payment. For larger businesses we have a listing package that is up to five professions in five counties for $280 with one yearly payment or pay $28 in monthly payments.
